mom.pharma is an informational website maintained by Donka Arabadzhova, Master of Pharmacy. The content, the articles and the answers in the free chat are general information and recommendations based on her professional experience.

By registering you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of use and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The information on the site and the answers in the chat are of a general, orientational nature. They are not medical diagnostics, treatment, prescription or preparation of an individual treatment plan and do not create a doctor-patient or pharmacist-patient relationship.

Answers are given based on the information you share. If it is incomplete or inaccurate, the advice may be unsuitable for your case.

You make the decisions about your health. Donka Arabadzhova is not liable for harm resulting from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the site or in the chat, nor for consequences of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.

No guarantee is given that the site and the chat will work without interruption or without technical errors. No liability is accepted for missed or delayed messages due to technical reasons.

The limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian law. It does not exclude liability in cases where the law does not allow this, including in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Please do not share personal documents, photos and data of third parties in the chat. Messages are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, or failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer you can also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).

Electronic statements sent through the site (registration, messages) are considered received from the moment they are sent within the meaning of the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act.
