The controller of personal data on this site is Donka Arabadzhova, Master of Pharmacy. For questions related to your data, write to mom.pharma.yt@gmail.com.

At registration we keep your name, email address and password. The password is stored hashed, which means it cannot be read by anyone, including me.

Chat messages are kept so the conversation can continue and you can receive an answer. Since your questions may include health information, at registration you give explicit consent for it to be processed solely for the purpose of answering your inquiry.

If you write through the contact form, I receive your name, email and message in order to reply to you.

We also keep fully anonymous statistics: which affiliate products get clicked and from which page, with no IP addresses, cookies or any link to a specific person. For aggregated visit data we use Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify visitors. These numbers show us what is useful to readers and are shared with partners only in aggregated form.

That is all. We collect nothing beyond what is described.

Account data is processed in order to provide you the service you registered for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Health information in the chat is processed with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

The services that require registration are intended for persons aged 14 and over (Art. 8 GDPR in connection with the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act). The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent and believe a child has provided us with data, write to mom.pharma.yt@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.

The site and the database are hosted by professional providers (Vercel and Neon) with an encrypted connection (SSL) and controlled access. Only I have access to the content of conversations.

Vercel and Neon are providers headquartered outside the European Union. The transfer of data to them takes place under the standard contractual clauses of Art. 46 GDPR, approved by the European Commission, which guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the European one.

Chat messages are kept for 30 days so you can follow the conversation, and are then deleted automatically. We keep no archives or backup copies of their content.

Account data (name and email) is kept while your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, write to mom.pharma.yt@gmail.com and it will be deleted within a reasonable period.

As required by the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act, we keep a service record of the fact that you sent a message: date, name and email, without content. This record is kept for up to 1 year.

No one. Your data is not sold, not shared for advertising and not used for any purpose other than the one described here.

The site uses only one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It does not track you and by law does not require consent.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing and to portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg.
