Master of Pharmacy with over 10 years of active practice, and a mother. I live in Plovdiv. Every day I listen to people confused by contradictory advice on the internet and expensive products with empty promises. They come with a prescription, with a question, sometimes with fear that something is wrong with them or their child.
I learned to listen before I answer. In this profession that is the foundation.

Why I created mom.pharma
Pharmacy is my passion. I feel genuine satisfaction when I manage to help a patient, but it is also how I support my family, and I do not hide that. I love what I do. Both are true at the same time, and both are part of me.
But one rule is law to me: the patient's interests come first. If I have to recommend a product that will help but from which I will earn nothing, I always put their interests before mine. This is not a pretty slogan, it is a rule I work by every day.

That is exactly why I created mom.pharma. After years in the pharmacy I saw how many people do not understand the products they use. They buy out of habit, under the influence of advertising or on the advice of someone close. I started making educational content because I know that when a person understands what they take, what they put on their skin or what they give to their child, they make better decisions.
This site continues what I started with my social media profiles: articles that explain, recommendations for food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics that I truly know and would give to my own family, and the option to ask me questions free of charge in the “Ask Didi” chat whenever you have any. I answer personally.
What to expect from me
Information first, then a recommendation, if there is one at all. I will tell you what the science says and what practice shows, and the choice will remain yours.
I will not push you to buy something you do not need, and I will not promise the impossible. I will respect you, because both you and I are simply people who want to take care of themselves and their families.

Education and the road to the pharmacy
I graduated in Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Plovdiv, earning the degree of Master with the professional qualification of Master of Pharmacy. Since then it has been over ten years of active practice in the pharmacy: real people, real questions, real problems every day.
I am a member of the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union, the professional organisation that guards the standards of our profession. My membership can be verified publicly on the Union's website.
I did not limit myself to the knowledge from my studies at the Medical University of Plovdiv. I have completed additional training in dermocosmetics, including the four-part seminar by Laboratoire Bioderma “Caring for skin health”: from oily and acne-prone skin through dry and atopic skin to ageing and pigmentation. That is why in the skincare section I do not quote advertisements, I understand the ingredients. I have completed dozens of training courses on various topics by companies such as La Roche-Posay, Uriage, Eucerin, Filorga, Apivita, Avene, Natur Produkt, Stada, Berlin-Chemie, Aboca, Novartis and others.
The documents above are only a small part of the diplomas and certificates I hold, and they are not decoration. They are there because trust in a health topic is proven, not declared.

I create UGC videos for brands: short, natural videos that present your product in an authentic way and are always clearly labelled as advertising when published. I am also open to other formats: paid advertising on my channels, collaborations, reviews and long-term ambassadorship. I review every offer personally and only accept products that I truly like and would recommend to my own family too.
