About the product
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant whose root has been used for centuries in the Ayurvedic tradition. KSM-66 is a standardised root-only extract, obtained without alcohol or chemical solvents, standardised to at least 5% withanolides, the plant's main active compounds.
Standardisation means every capsule carries the same amount of active substances, which is not the case with plain non-standardised powders. Check the label for the KSM-66 mark and for the dose per capsule.
